The cookbook
The cookbook I made includes 25 recipes with option suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are options for both endurance and strength athletes as well as vegetarian and vegans so that any and all teenage athletes can use this cookbook to create a well balanced and healthy meal which can benefit their training.
Each meal includes nutritional information about the quantity of carbohydrates, protein, fats in the meal. The target audience of my cookbook can use this along with the information about macronutrient needs for athletes found in the information page to choose the best recipe for their meals. |
